Located at 400 19th Street it was built between 1917 and 1919 for the sum of $91,328. It served as a post office until 1968. The City of Jasper purchased it in 1968 to serve as City Hall. It was renovated in 1969 and 1989. It still serves as the City Hall. It houses the Municipal Court. Oral history supports court being held here.
