Description

Post card of the government building in Selma, Ala. No. 6. No. 16459. A memorial to two Alabama Senators, John Tyler Morgan and Edmund Winston Pettus was placed on the sidewalk in front of the building. Both died in 1907. The U.S. Circuit Court for the Southern District of Alabama met here until that court was abolished in 1912. In use.
